Job descriptions

1. Responsible for close communication with customers, collection, statistics and analysis of customers' feedback information on products, submission of reference Suggestions and plans for improving business activities according to the data collected by statistics, and formulation of action measures according to the instructions of leaders;

2. Responsible for coordinating with the company's product design, engineering installation and maintenance, tracking the execution of actions and reporting to the superior;

3. Assisted in the execution of after-sales orders and contracts, and assisted in filing management;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job specification

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 1 year relevant working experience;

2. Proficient in office software and office automation equipment;

3. Good team player, able to work under pressure;

4. Strong service awareness, communication, coordination and problem solving skills;

5. Cheerful personality, pays attention to etiquette, has affinity, high work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility;

6. Experience in film industry or after-sales service is preferred;

7. Training in warehouse management, financial knowledge and contract management is preferred.
